Welcome to the Thunder Bay Minor Football Association

TBMFA is a community-focused, volunteer-run organization dedicated to providing youth in Thunder Bay with opportunities to learn, grow, and compete in organized football. Established in 1959, we emphasize fun, teamwork, sportsmanship and skill development in all of our programs.

Whether your child is new to football or looking to advance their game, TBMFA has a place for them.

Registration opens February 24, 2026. Our spring flag league runs April 7- May 15, 2026

At TBMFA, our goal is to promote athletic participation, character growth, and community spirit through the game of football. We believe every young athlete should have access to a safe, enjoyable and supportive environment where they can learn important life lessons like teamwork, leadership and resilience.
